The main purpose of the job:
Oversee social media management and marketing strategy of clients and outlets in order to promote products or services effectively to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
Main duties and responsibilities:
1) Conducting market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and trends.
2) Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services effectively.
3) Generate ideas for content creation on a monthly basis for clients and coordinate implementation by team on a timely basis
4) Managing advertising campaigns and budgets to optimize reach and ROI.
5) Analysing data and metrics to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
6) Monitoring and responding to customer feedback and inquiries through appropriate channels.
7) Collaborating with clients’ teams to ensure consistent branding.
8) Contributing to the development of long-term marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
9) Ability to attend technical meetings with sales for potential clients.
10) Basic Knowledge of WordPress to make any additional edits on the website.
Requirements:
· BSc in Marketing or related field
· Proven experience in marketing and/or social media management in Qatar
· Strong communication, analytical, and creative skills are essential.
· Arabic speaker is preferred.
