Reception Administrator

Job Summary:


Banke International Properties is seeking an organized, professional, and welcoming Receptionist Cum Administrator to be the face of our Doha office. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is crucial in delivering excellent customer service to clients and providing valuable support to our internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly, professional manner, and manage the reception area to create a positive impression for clients and guests.
  • Client Assistance: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services and offerings.
  • Office Administration: Handle general administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, coordinating mail and couriers, and maintaining office organization.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Assist in managing schedules and appointments for meetings with clients, team members, and property viewings.
  • Document Management: Organize and file documents, contracts, and client information with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Support to Sales Team: Coordinate with property consultants to support their documentation, data entry, and client follow-ups.
  • Office Coordination: Liaise with vendors, handle office maintenance requests, and ensure a tidy, efficient workspace.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and organizing office events, meetings, or any special gatherings as required.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role; real estate experience is a plus.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
