Our client in Qatar is looking to hire a Customer Service Supervisor

Minimum Requirements

▪ Proven ability to manage and motivate a large multinational team.

▪ Strong team player with leadership skills.

▪ Extensive experience in customer-facing roles (Mall, Retail, Hospitality, Hotel, or Airline).

▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to prepare reports and presentations.

▪ Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in Arabic and English.

▪ Smart, professional appearance with a well-groomed demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Lead, manage, and inspire a diverse team to meet business objectives.

▪ Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.

▪ Prepare detailed reports and presentations as required.

▪ Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all business levels.
