Internal Communication:
- Assistant Manager - Bunker Sales
- Finance Dept.
Purpose:
-To advise Assistant Manager – Bunker Sales on the progress of all work under his/her control;
-To ensure that payments from/to Department are processed on time.
External Communication:
- Supplier / Customers
- Port Authority/ Agents / Surveyor/ Ship Master/ Security
Purpose:
-To coordinate work assignments and ensure smooth bunker supply operations have been successfully completed.
-To communicate, verify and resolve any operational issues where possible.
Occupational Health & Safety and Environment
Accountability:
Are accountable for their acts and omissions.
Responsibility:
To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses.
Authority:
To stop work if they think the work is unsafe
