Social Media Specialist

Our client is a dynamic company in the Short-Term Rental industry, seeking a Social Media Specialist to create bold and engaging content and grow their presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who can create social media content to drive organic growth and engagement.

Location:

Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 3 PM EST (Part-time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Create bold, eye-catching posts, reels, stories, and visuals to capture attention and build the brand. Ensure that the content is unique, engaging, and not just cookie-cutter templates.
  • Audience Growth: Implement smart, organic strategies to grow the audience across all platforms. Be active in the accounts daily, engaging with the audience, liking, commenting, and responding to direct messages.
  • Community Engagement: Manage community interactions, responding to questions, comments, and messages to keep followers engaged and connected.
  • Platform Optimization: Optimize the company’s YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts for maximum reach and engagement. You’ll also be responsible for launching and growing the TikTok presence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure that content aligns with brand messaging and pushes the creative boundaries.

  • Increased Social Media Presence: Successful execution of a social media strategy that grows the company’s presence across all platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Bold & Unique Content: Delivery of creative, attention-grabbing content that stands out from the competition and resonates with the target audience.
  • Engaged Audience: Building and nurturing a highly engaged community through active engagement and meaningful interactions across social media platforms.
  • Organic Growth: Real, organic audience growth without shortcuts—focusing on smart strategies that boost engagement and attract genuine followers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on content creation and community engagement across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Content Creation & Design Skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Community Engagement: Experience in managing community interactions across multiple platforms, responding to questions, comments, and direct messages.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized & Collaborative: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, work closely with the team, and execute on creative ideas.
