Job Overview:
Trust Real Estate is seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary and Administration & Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role will support both administrative and marketing activities, ensuring smooth office operations and effective promotion of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Send and manage company emails, maintaining professional communication.
Liaise with real estate agents and update property listings regularly.
Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring easy access and security.
Prepare reports for the HR, Sales, and Marketing departments.
Take detailed minutes during meetings and follow up on action points.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organized.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Secretary, Admin Assistant, or Marketing Assistant.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly and professional attitude.
Super organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Understanding of social media platforms for business promotion.
Strong team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : 3500 QAR + incentive
