Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, mid-level male Pharmacist to join our team in Doha on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience in the field. The role involves medication management, patient counseling, and understanding drug interactions. The candidate must exhibit in-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and pharmaceutical calculations.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Medication Management (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in Patient Counseling (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in Drug Interactions (Mandatory skill).
  • Thorough understanding of Pharmacology principles and practices.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Pharmacy Law and Ethics to ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Strong ability in Pharmaceutical Calculations to ensure accurate medication dispensing.
  • Experience in Inventory Management, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Regulations to maintain standard practices and compliance.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage and dispense medications accurately, ensuring patient safety and adherence to prescriptions.
  • Provide thorough patient counseling, answering queries regarding use, side effects, and interactions of medications.
  • Monitor drug therapies, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and adjusting treatments as necessary.
  • Perform medication management, including reviewing and assessing drug regimens.
  • Analyze and verify prescriptions to prevent drug interactions and contraindications.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all medications and patient histories.
  • Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Conduct accurate pharmaceutical calculations for proper medication dosages.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking medications and supplies efficiently.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient care and therapeutic outcomes.
