Multinational company which operates in water sector, is developing a huge project, in engineering area, based in Doha, Catar.

Mission:

Reporting to the Financial Manager, you will manage and oversee accounting operations to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. Your role involves maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including journals, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Process and record transactions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
• Conduct regular audits of financial documents and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and reporting needs.
• Address and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Technical Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience.
• At least 3 years in a similar accounting role.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
