About the role
We are hiring a talented individual to provide support and assistance to Corporate Sales Teams that complement their requirements in achieving their Sales targets, for instance, supporting management and execution of contracts, assisting day to day management of contract accounts and intelligently implementing sales tools in line with sales strategies and objectives. Responsible for being an effective interface between the Corporate Sales Team and varius department and for formulating and maintaining sales policies, processes and procedures for Global and Local Corporate Sales.
Other key strategic & operational duties would include:
· Assist Account Managers both in HO and in our sales network to grow relationships with contracted/new partners and achieve revenue target (review existing businesses and exploit new opportunities for new business).
· Timely and seamless contract administration.
· Formulate, implement and manage sale support processes and procedures for Global Sales supporting Corporate Sales Teams with their targets/KPIs.
· Prepare reports/presentations (i.e. performance revenue/statistics etc.)on regular basis on the achievements and plans.
· Benchmark and review fare products with the network/key markets on regular basis.
· Administration of incentive contracts.
· Establish effective communication channels between Global Sales in Head Office and network wide outstations.
· Responsible for leading QR's response to Global Airline Sourcing Projects (RFPs) by global customers, Providing initial and ongoing analysis of QR opportunity and competitive circumstances, soliciting and coordinating system wide responses from QR worldwide network, packaging and creating response documents to client, coordinating ongoing analysis and repackaging through negotiation process.
· Responsible to optimise corporate sales performance across the QR Network through the formulation, development and implementation of tools and products that would facilitate and enhance station performance capabilities with special focus on technology development.
Qualifications
About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Global Sales team.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (MBA or Master's preferred).
· Experience in sales reporting & performance analysis at a multinational companies
· Experience within the travel trade or airline environment.
· Proven commercial skills and business acumen (able to spot and interpret market trends)
· Possess skills in analysis and interpreting analysis for business decisions.
· Exceptional communication & presentation skills
· Possess the ability to work under pressure & independently
