Strategy Formulation:
- Contributing to overall management and corporate decision making to ensure organization maximizes its short-, medium- and long-term profitability and returns goals.
- Advising on Sales and Leasing policies and procedures.
- Advising on designing Sales and Leasing incentives and training programs for Sales teams.
Marketing and Customer Service:
- Recommending Overall marketing strategy for asset classes through:
- Leading market competitive activities, marketing intelligence and benchmarking exercises.
- Developing USPs, rationale and marketing calendars
- Leading development and supporting marketing and sales materials.
- Leading relationship with marketing and promotional event agencies.
- Establishing control and monitoring mechanisms to evaluate marketing activities’ effectiveness.
- Reviewing customer satisfaction surveys and developing strategies and action plans to ensure high quality customer experience.
- Providing inputs to master plan for new/ future developments based on market intelligence.
- Leading development of customer service guidelines and oversee resolution of escalated customer complaints and monitoring prompt resolution according to agreed SLAs.
- Overseeing management and execution of PR and corporate communication activities and associated 3rd party agencies.
An Ideal candidate should have min. 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing for a Real estate company with exposure to Qatar/ GCC markets.
