Maintenance Analyst (Asset)

Job description: Job Purpose
  • Provide front line Asset support and implement Asset related activities pertaining to SAP-Plant Maintenance, Maintenance Dashboard, Controls statuses in accordance with established Company Policies and Procedures and Department Roadmap, Objectives and Targets.

Key Job Accountabilities - I
  • Implement Equipment Criticality/Classification data and Equipment Strategy tasks/MWC based on Asset, Engineering and Maintenance Feedback.

  • Implement Preventive Maintenance data creation, updates, changes and activities of Preventive Maintenance Scheduling and Seasons levelling.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain functional locations, equipment related data in SAP-PM module including creation, modification/updating and deletion. Process Bill of Material (BOM) assignment to each equipment’s.

  • Support in developing analytical reports, benchmarking exercises to Maintenance senior management, as well as support the implementation of Maintenance optimization initiatives.

  • Provide Maintenance support for effective processing of PMCR (Preventive Maintenance Change Request) and prepares reports using a variety of SAP and other desktop applications, to support Reliability Analysis, Business Continuity, Cross Assets reports, Failure Reports, and other Asset specific requirements.

Key Job Accountabilities - II
  • Support the implementation of best practices for all Maintenance, Reliability, and Integrity functions, as delivered through various Information Systems.

  • Provide Maintenance support for Asset Management solutions within Operations Group via SAP PM, Meridium APM, and other software to support Maintenance organization.

  • Support the evaluation and selection of new applications for Maintenance department in coordination with IT and other departments as needed.

  • Contribute to Company and affiliates Maintenance, Reliability and Integrity philosophies and Best Practices, and act as a change agent in creating awareness of and engraining continuous improvement culture and philosophy.

  • Participate and provide support in different analysis and studies for efficiency and continuous improvements. Help manage roadmaps and strategic plans to ensure work continuous to improve intended value.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science majoring in Engineering in area of specialization.

Knowledge and/or Experience
  • 6 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry or petrochemical industry preferably in activities associated with routine and shutdown resource planning, scheduling and execution in Petrochemical process or LNG facility.
