Job Description
As a Kitchen and Laundry Technician at Villa Haven, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of kitchen equipment and laundry facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of kitchen appliances, refrigeration units, laundry machines, and other equipment essential to the daily operations of our resort. This position requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technician in a kitchen or laundry environment, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Technical certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, laundry machines, and related systems.
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for maintenance and repair tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
