Vacancy: Client Relations Coordinator (Aesthetic Clinic)
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a **Client Relations Coordinator** to manage client interactions at our reception, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from inquiries to follow-ups. This role involves booking appointments, building client relationships, resolving issues, and promoting services to enhance client retention and clinic growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person at reception.
- Provide detailed information on treatments, pricing, and availability using prepared replies and personalized responses.
- Manage appointments, rescheduling, cancellations, and the clinic’s waiting list, ensuring follow-up appointments are booked.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, encouraging rebooking and promoting additional services.
- Handle client complaints professionally, document feedback, and escalate issues when needed.
- Promote clinic services, packages, and loyalty programs while following up with clients post-treatment.
**Requirements:**
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic will be an advantage)
- Leadership skills and ability to make decisions
- Ambitious
- Experience in a client-facing role, ideally in the beauty or aesthetic industry.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments (e.g., facials, lasers, injectables) is preferred.
- Proficiency with booking systems and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary:**
- Base salary plus performance-based bonuses tied to client retention, rebooking, and promoting services.
