Financial Analyst

Job Overview: The Financial Analyst at Noble House Training & Services plays a key role in managing the finance function for our group of companies while providing detailed financial analysis, including the evaluation of sales performance, business development opportunities, and comparative market data. The Financial Analyst will support decision-making processes through financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring that the company’s financial goals are achieved while maintaining profitability.



Key Responsibilities


1.             Sales Performance Analysis:

o  Analyze and monitor sales data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.

o  Provide recommendations for optimizing sales performance across different product categories and regions.


2.             Business Development Analysis:

o  Assess new opportunities, conduct financial modeling, and forecast potential investments and expansion projects.


3.             Comparative Market Analysis:

o  Conduct competitor benchmarking and market comparisons.

o  Provide actionable insights to improve market positioning and profitability.


4.             Retail Pricing & Cost Analysis:

o  Analyze product pricing strategies, cost structures, and margins.

o  Monitor pricing impacts on profitability and recommend adjustments as needed.


5.             Budgeting & Forecasting:

o  Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

o  Evaluate actual performance against the budget and provide variance analysis.


6.             Financial Reporting:

o  Prepare financial reports and provide summaries of key insights.

o  Assist in preparing presentations for senior management.


7.             Inventory & Supply Chain Optimization:

o  Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to analyze inventory turnover and optimize stock levels.


8.             Cross-functional Collaboration:

o  Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align financial goals with business strategies.



Qualifications:


1)     Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

2)     Minimum of 3 years of financial analysis experience, with a focus on the retail sector.

3)     Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

4)     Proficiency in financial analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.

5)     Ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.

6)     High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and analysis.

7)     Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
