Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess at Mary Chocolatier Qatar. The Hostess will be responsible for managing reservations, welcoming and seating guests, providing excellent customer service, handling phone etiquette, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for patrons.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in managing reservations and handling phone etiquette
- Strong communication and customer interaction abilities
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
