Job Description
This role will act as the SPOC between Enterprise Customers and the various VF teams during the “Build” phase (from contract signature to customer acceptance).
Responsibilities
- Manage all stages of the project cycle for Enterprise Fixed Customers within agreed time, quality and budget plan
- Quality acceptance by customer of all deliverables up to and including ‘first bill check’.
- Manage the identification and mitigation of risks, issues and dependencies for each project and ensure delivery
- Lead and manage escalations/critical tasks and ensure delivery as per the requirements
- Maintain and update a database of project related documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degre in Telecommunications / Computer Science / Engineering.
- Prince2 or PMP/PMI certified
- Minimum 5 years project management experience in a telecommunications or IT environment.
- Should have good understanding of MPLS, SDWAN, IOT, Contact Center, Security Solutions related technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Extensive vendor management experience.
- The individual must have excellent and impactful communication, inter-personal and presentation skills.
