We are looking for a versatile and creative Marketing Executive specializing in Content creation and Public Relations to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to developing and managing our brands growth & success, implementing effective content strategies, and leading PR marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional writing skills, and a strong ability to manage and guide a content team. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, campaign planning, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, leading media relations, and managing the event calendar to elevate our brand presence and reputation.


Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Insights: Conduct thorough research to uncover insights for specific projects, informing product development and content creation.
  • Brand Identity and Messaging Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and manage brand messaging and identity across various platforms.
  • Lead Content Team: Guide the content team in creating visual marketing content that maintains and boosts brand performance and growth.
  • Brief Preparation for Design Team: Develop comprehensive briefs for the design team to ensure clarity and direction in project execution.
  • Influencer Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Comprehensive Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies, overseeing content creation and distribution across different channels.
  • Social Media Management: Handle social media accounts, ensuring regular posting and engagement with the audience.
  • Content Production and Quality Assurance: Guarantee consistent production of high-quality marketing materials, including writing and proofreading content.
  • Content Creation According to Brand Guidelines: Create content that aligns with the strategy and adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Product Development Participation: Contribute to product development with market insights, overseeing the innovation process and lifecycle management.
  • Media Relations and Outreach: Lead media relations efforts, secure media coverage, and manage the brand’s reputation..
  • Event Planning and Execution: Organize and execute corporate events, manage sponsorships, and align events with the company's branding and objectives.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing or PR role, with a strong focus on content creation and brand management.
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and public relations for food and beverage brands.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and research methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Passionate about brand storytelling and creative content development.
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms.
