We are currently looking for a skilled BIM Modeller or Interior Designer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a BIM Modeller or Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and drawings using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other designers to ensure accurate representation of design concepts and specifications.

Responsibilities:

Create 3D models and drawings using BIM software.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other designers to develop design concepts and specifications.

Review and analyze design data to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Coordinate with project team members to resolve any design conflicts or issues.

Prepare accurate and detailed construction documents for use by contractors and builders.

Preferred Candidate:

• Must be available for immediate recruitment locally only in Qatar
• Minimum 7 years of experience in BIM modelling or interior design.
• Proficient in using BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
