In this exciting role, you will play a key role in connecting clients with their ideal properties in the UAE, whether they are buying, selling, or renting. You will leverage your market expertise and strong negotiation skills to secure the best possible deals for your clients, while adhering to UAE real estate regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation and Needs Analysis:
  • Consult with clients to understand their specific property requirements, budget, and desired location within the UAE.
  • Conduct market research to identify suitable properties that meet the client's needs and preferences.
  • Property Marketing and Sales/Rentals (for Sales Listings):
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to showcase properties to potential buyers or tenants.
  • Conduct property viewings and open houses, providing insightful information and guidance to clients.
  • Manage property listings on relevant online platforms and maintain accurate property details.
  • Negotiation and Transaction Management:
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure the best possible deals on property purchases, sales, or rentals.
  • Prepare necessary sales or lease agreements, adhering to UAE real estate regulations and liaise with legal professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Market Knowledge and Industry Awareness:
  • Stay up-to-date on current market trends, property values, and legal regulations in the UAE real estate market.
  • Build a strong network of contacts within the UAE real estate industry, including developers, landlords, and other brokers.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain open communication with clients throughout the entire transaction process, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor for their real estate needs in the UAE.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred).
  • Valid UAE Real Estate License (EJARI).
  • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, including different property types (residential, commercial) and key locations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (highly desirable).
  • A driven and results-oriented attitude with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
  • A passion for the real estate industry and the UAE market.
