Core Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations to guarantee top-notch team performance and service delivery.
• Schedule and coordinate with the team and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle inventory management, order placements, and e-commerce oversight.
• Provide stellar customer support, manage communications, and build enduring customer relationships.
• Initiate and execute creative marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Train and mentor the team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Additional Duties:

• Craft and launch promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Bring a creative and entrepreneurial mindset to team training and business strategies.
• Encourage a sense of ownership among the team, treating the business as their own.
• Generate fresh, innovative ideas to drive business growth.
• Maintain clear and precise records of shop performance and metrics.

Qualifications and Personal Traits:

• Demonstrable leadership qualities and outstanding communication abilities.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Tech-savvy with strong typing and computer skills.
• Professionalism in managing complex situations.
• Excellent time management with decisive problem-solving capabilities.
