Role Overview:
This role plays a critical role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for clients, integrating various marketing channels and tactics to achieve client objectives. This position requires a strong background in graphic design, as well as strategic thinking, client management skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with the creative team.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Assist with clients, understanding their goals, preferences, and challenges.
- Build strong relationships through effective communication, regular updates, and proactive problem-solving.
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop strategic marketing plans tailored to each client's objectives, target audience, and industry landscape.
- Identify key marketing channels and tactics to achieve client goals, such as branding, digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Graphic Design and Artwork Creation:
- Utilize graphic design skills to create compelling artwork and visual assets that align with client briefs and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure artwork meets client expectations and effectively communicates key messages.
Content Brief Creation:
- Develop detailed content briefs outlining the messaging, tone, and creative direction for marketing campaigns and materials.
- Provide clear guidance to the creative team on content requirements, ensuring consistency and alignment with client objectives.
Marketing Campaign Management:
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, eDM, website, and advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Social Media and Website Planning:
- Develop social media strategies and content calendars to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support client objectives.
- Collaborate with the web development team to plan and implement website updates, improvements, and optimizations.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics for marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports to clients on campaign performance and ROI.
- Use data analysis to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, making strategic recommendations for future campaigns.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
- Stay up-to-date of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing, graphic design, and digital media.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and optimize marketing strategies based on emerging trends and client feedback.
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in graphic design.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Good presentation skills.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information to clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Client-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and results.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
