We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive growth across various social media platforms. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, Diploma or Certifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices, with hands-on experience managing accounts on i.e., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Must be locally available in Kuwait.

Skills

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements, that align with brand voice, messaging, and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the audience, respond to comments and messages, and address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to develop and implement social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive user engagement and achieve campaign goals.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media initiatives and inform future strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing, and recommend innovative approaches to optimize campaign performance and drive results.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creative development, and performance optimization, to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other strategic partners to expand brand reach and amplify social media efforts.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and develop strategies to differentiate our brand in the market.
