Job purpose:

Responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of Uwallet products and services in addition to seeking opportunities to develop and enhance Wallet products and services.

Also, responsible for administrating and managing the UWallet mobile payment platform and any related integrations. As well as building and analyzing the integration scope based on the business requirements, in addition to performing user acceptance test, tracing and detecting bugs and failures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet internal/ external stakeholders to discuss the technical aspects based on the business requirements.
  • Build business requirement documents, scope of work, wireframes, high-level project plans, and validate software requirement specifications (SRS).
  • Perform user acceptance test (UAT), quality assurance, product monitoring and  evaluation for deliverables, trace and detect bugs and failures, follow up on fixing the bugs and failures.
  • Research the local and global market practices and identify opportunities for potential developments/ enhancements to achieve higher level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform detailed requirements analysis and ensure proper documentation of processes, and user manuals/ presentations.
  • Understand APIs and assist the external stakeholders in the integration and testing to ensure successful delivery and smooth launch.
  • Manage U-Wallet mobile payment system accounts; accounts creation/termination, validation and requests documentation, and configuration of newly acquired/required accounts in accordance to the account on-boarding/update cycle.
  • Supervise and conduct U-Wallet system deployments according to required procedures, receive deployment notes, and issue post deployment report.
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the management falling within the job role’s scope of work.
