- Developing long-term, medium-term, and short-term plans for electrical and mechanical maintenance activities across all company facilities.
- Providing studies related to electrical and mechanical constructions that serve the company's operations.
- Supervising the execution of daily maintenance activities at all company sites and the main site.
- Approving the requirements for materials, necessary equipment, and spare parts for the maintenance department, requesting them from the procurement department, and following up on their provision.
- Approving the requirements for human resources to work in the maintenance department in cooperation with the Human Resources department.
- Working on the implementation of the quality procedures applied in the company in coordination with the Quality and Occupational Safety Department.
- Training the staff working in the maintenance department on their duties and transferring expertise to them.
- Preparing periodic reports on the work of the maintenance department, including all achievements, obstacles, and proposed solutions for improving work and performance, and submitting them to the General Manager.
- Holding regular meetings with maintenance department employees to discuss work procedures, the extent of the implementation of the agreed plan, identifying problems, and working on solving them.
- Supervising the observance of individual and industrial safety during the execution of maintenance work.
- Working on transferring skills and expertise to the rest of the team members.
- Supervising and working on the maintenance and repair of machines and equipment used in the production process.
- Coordinating with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to comply with safety standards and directing subordinates to apply these standards.
Education : Degree Electrical Engineer .Experience : 3+Years in the field of Electrical Engineer.Experience : Siemens PLC Programing (S7-300,400,1200) , Classic control panels designer, Ac drives (Delta, LS, ABB, Yaskawa and Fuji)Fire alarm and Fire fighting systems.Earthing Systems.
