• Strong background in selling IT products, solutions and software
• This is a full-time on-site role as a Telesales Specialist located in Mokattam.
• The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for telesales and moderation.
• They will engage with potential customers over the phone, provide information about products or services, address customer inquiries and concerns, and assist in closing sales.
• candidate will be responsible also for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities.
• To be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.

Responsibilities

• Research, Target, and open new client opportunities.
• Moderate our social media platforms
• Develop targeted messaging to engage prospective Clients.
• Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and Budgets.
• Update CRM system with all customer communications

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, telemarketing or customer service from 1 to 3 years
• experience in social media platform moderation
• Communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• V. Good Command in English
• V. Good Command of MS Office
