- Requirements Management: Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements. Ensure that requirements are clear, concise, and aligned with the product vision and goals.
- User Story Creation: Translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria that are actionable and understandable by development teams. Ensure that user stories are appropriately sized and estimated for inclusion in sprints.
- Sprint Planning and Backlog Refinement: Participate in sprint planning sessions to help prioritize and define user stories for upcoming sprints. Collaborate with the development team and product owner to refine the product backlog, ensuring that it is groomed and ready for future sprints.
- Sprint Execution and Daily Stand-ups: Work closely with the development team during sprint execution, providing clarifications and guidance on user stories as needed. Participate in daily stand-ups to provide updates on progress, identify and address any impediments, and ensure that work is progressing effectively.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, development teams, and other project members. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the team has a clear understanding of business requirements and goals.
- Agile Ceremonies: Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning meetings. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Agile process by providing feedback and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the testing team to ensure that the implemented features meet the defined acceptance criteria and quality standards. Participated in user acceptance testing, Demos and provide feedback on the functionality and usability of the product.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science.3 or more years of experience in analysis and systems development.High proficiency in technical writing.Proven analytical abilities.Experience in generating process documentation and reports.Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.Preferable knowledge in web technologies like HTML, CSS, SASS, Angular Framework, APIs. Proficiency with SQL and database management is a Plus.Experience with data visualization.Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.Working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio.
