Responsibilities
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and the latest information for Construction, documentation, and fabrication
• Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models
• Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other discipline's design changes and model changes.
• Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating, and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle
• Stay up-to-date on the latest BIM technologies and processes, and recommend necessary improvements.
• Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based qualification and 4D simulation
Bachelor's degree in architectureStrong experience with BIM software, such as Autodesk RevitMinimum 2 years of experience in BIM and construction
