Job Brief As an Operations Specialist, you will be a key liaison between the company and our valued restaurant partners. Your primary focus will be to nurture and strengthen relationships, optimize operational processes, and ensure the successful integration of restaurant partners into the app. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a passion for enhancing the overall operational experience for both our partners and users.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of restaurant partners, fostering strong and collaborative relationships.
    • Understand the unique needs and goals of each partner and tailor support and guidance accordingly.
  • Operational Optimization:
    • Work closely with restaurant partners to optimize their operational processes within the app.
    • Provide guidance on menu management, pricing strategies, and order fulfillment to enhance efficiency.
  • Integration Support:
    • Collaborate with the technical and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless integration process for new restaurant partners.
    • Support partners in utilizing app features and functionalities to their full potential.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Analyze key performance metrics for restaurant partners, providing regular reports and insights.
    • Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with partners to implement strategies for enhanced performance.
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Act as a mediator in resolving any operational issues or disputes between the app and restaurant partners.
    • Ensure prompt and effective solutions, maintaining a positive partnership environment.
  • Communication and Training:
    • Communicate updates, promotions, and changes to operational processes to restaurant partners.
    • Provide training and support to ensure partners are proficient in using the app's features.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and customer support teams to align strategies and initiatives with partner needs.
    • Share partner feedback internally to drive continuous improvement.
