- Conduct Studies for commercial and trade business.
- Marketing for Logistics land to public and private bonded warehouse and logistic land demander.
- Business channel expanding with governments and associations.
- Arrange meetings with government authorities and Sokhna Port for our potential customers
- Responsible to conduct all the preparation and finish the revenue task with the safety for Secondhand car exhibition area, bonded warehouse and trade business.
- Prepare the required documents of getting initial approvals of projects and submit it to SCZONE.
- Customer relationship maintenance and make a good relationship.
- Responsible for initial approval, the registration and all project approvals in addition to the Land AR.
- Prepare Land Selling Contracts, MOU, Letters, Decision committee, etc.
