  • Provide productive feedback on customer preferences and needs. 
  • Maximize company sales growth and profitability. 
  • Maintain a strong, visible and positive presence on the sales floor. 
  • Develop sales skills, customer service skills and product knowledge. 
  • Demonstrate company standards in selling, customer service, visual merchandising, and teamwork. 
  • Ensure product on the sales floor is stocked appropriately with price tags and available for customers to purchase. 
  • Maintain all store displays in between customer interactions. 
  • Promote the brands or materials by engaging the customer in creative demonstrations and sharing product knowledge. 
  • Maintain an awareness of all product information and status.
  •  Actively engage customers, remain attentive to customer needs, and proactively solve difficult or complicated customer issues.
  • Support and model excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and company to both internal and external customers in all forms of communication.

Requirements:Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skillsPrioritizing, time management and organizational skillsRelationship management skills and openness to feedbackExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent written and spoken of English language.Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering or any related field.Experience in customer support.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Zayed and New Cairo residents.
