- Perform “Power-Wash” and other pre-painting activities on parts in preparation for
painting/fabrication - Apply a variety of industrial coatings to fabricated metal products.
- Utilize instrumentation to measure painting parameters to ensure compliance with OEM
specifications. - Responsible for the application of industrial coatings in confined spaces.
- Assist inappropriately rigging large objects to move them in the process of applying the
industrial coatings - Suggest tools and equipment to improve the operation of the unit.
- Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment and observe good safety
habits - Adhere to all OSHA and HazMat Procedures concerning the area’s storage and handling
of materials. - Responsible for reporting malfunctions of equipment or processing to the supervisor.
bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering/Chemist. Three years minimum experience in powder Coating and epoxy liquid painting.Knowledge of surface preparation.Powder coating system operation and maintenance skills.Knowledge of Instrument /Test equipment for coating. Coating processes quality control.
