Research & Development Engineer

- Responsibilities:

• Developed and Suggest alternatives for the current products’ manufacturing and installation methods.
• Make a full design for the proposed products taking into consideration security, ease of installation, installation duration, simplicity, aesthetic appearance, and final finish, and showing the installation methods for different opening conditions.
• Prepare all technical related data right after approving the product including data sheets, shop drawings, installation manuals, manufacturing tables, and site surveying sheets.
• Prepare and maintain product cost estimates and project plans.

- Achievements:

• Developed manufacturing processes for shutter doors which led to improve
Productivity by 10 %.
• Design, test and release the first new model of Shutter door.
• Make cost reduction improvement project by making a mechanical mechanism to eliminate a major manufacturing issue and reduce high defect rate.
• Make full documentation (Drawing sheets & Technical data sheets) for all company products.
