About the role:
As Service Delivery Supervisor, you’ll be part of CIO organization to manage the day-to-day operation, including system administration, user support and troubleshooting of issues.

About the team :

We are the IT Delivery organization (CIO) responsible for Infrastructure and Application Managed Services for various businesses within Capital Markets – Supporting production platforms across several divisions such as Post Trade Services, Trading and Compliance, and Wealth Management. We support a multitude of applications and IT infrastructure environments around the globe. As a team we are advocates for continuous improvement, innovation and automation as a culture by remaining widely open to various technologies and software architectures.

What you will be doing:

• Provide day-to-day expertise,  direct supervisory team and staff for areas including information systems design and development, systems planning, programming, operations, architecture, data processing, data security, networks, systems support and/or analysis,

  
  

• Provide leadership for areas of responsibility including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development and mentoring,

  
  

• Problem solving on all levels, dealing with complex issues, and point of escalation for day-to-day escalations,

  
  

• Develop staff work schedules, deadlines, workflow, and methods,

  
  

• Participate in planning and designing technologies to meet the growing needs of the business,

  
  

• Assist in the development and implementation of organizational unit goals and objectives,

  
  

• Identify resource needs, confer with management, and allocate resources,

  
  

• Monitor information technology standards, practices, procedures and control to maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility and ensure data integrity, security and legal and regulatory compliance,

  
  

• Implement disaster recovery, back-up procedures and control structures,

  
  

• Ensure effective resource and development plans are in place,

  
  

• Maintain good relationships with platform owners, and other BU representatives,

  
  

• Building relationships with enterprise-wide stakeholders,

  
  

• Regular metric reporting,

  
  

• Coordinate delivery of services with groups and ensures IT service is uninterrupted.

  
  

What you bring:

• Proven experience performing systems administration with large scale systems?

  
  

• Good IT understanding?

  
  

• Strong understanding of SSL, Internet (SMTP, LDAP, DNS) and other networking protocols?

  
  

• Fluent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English?

  
  

• Up to 6 years of experience.
