Leading (Restaurant & Hospitality) company in the Qassim region looking for ‘Fine Dining Restaurant Manager’ as per the following terms:
Responsibilities:
- Monitors restaurant operations and conditions to ensure the quality of the product and customer service.
- Examines the restaurant for conformance with the concept and health standards.
- Walks through all restaurant areas to monitor and observe restaurant operations.
- Reviews documentation to assess the quality of restaurant operations.
- Generates performance reviews for all team members.
- Oversees the training of team members.
- Assigns duties and responsibilities to employees based upon work requirements.
- Generates work schedules for team members.
- Communicates with employees, customers, vendors, and concept personnel for various purposes.
- Maintains documentation in team member’s personnel files.
- Develops a food ordering system to meet the needs of the restaurant.
Requirements:
- Professional Degree in Hospitality or similar field.
- Minimum of 4 years in fine dining restaurants Environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (English Required).
- Excellent Hospitality skills.
- Team-leading skills.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure.
