نبحث عن قائد أول للاستجابة للحوادث السيبرانية يمتلك خبرة عميقة في إدارة الحوادث السيبرانية الكبرى، وقيادة فرق الاستجابة، وتعزيز المرونة السيبرانية على مستوى المؤسسات/المستوى الوطني.
هذا دور إشرافي/قيادي رفيع المستوى — وليس وظيفة محلل SOC. يجب على المرشحين إثبات الخبرة في القيادة الشخصية للحوادث السيبرانية الهامة وفرق الاستجابة.
الخبرة: +12 سنة (إلزامي)
الخبرات الرئيسية المطلوبة:
- قيادة مهام الاستجابة للحوادث السيبرانية / CSIRT الكبرى
- قيادة فريق الاستجابة للحوادث وضمان الجودة/الإشراف على المحللين
- تنسيق الحوادث الكبرى واحتوائها والتعافي منها
- تخطيط الاستجابة للحوادث وأدلة الإجراءات (Playbooks) والحوكمة
- إدارة الأزمات السيبرانية وتنسيق أصحاب المصلحة
- تمارين المحاكاة المكتبية (Tabletop exercises)، وورش العمل والتمارين السيبرانية
- معرفة قوية بأطر عمل ومعايير وتنظيمات الاستجابة للحوادث
- مراجعات ما بعد الحوادث والإشراف على المعالجة
- قدرة قوية على إدارة المشاريع/البرامج
التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس إلزامية؛ ويفضل الماجستير
الشهادات: الحد الأدنى شهادتان ذات صلة، مثل CISSP، CISM، GCTI، GX-IH، GX-CS، GSLC، GSTRT، GSNA، GISP أو ISO 27035 Lead Incident Manager.

We are looking for a Senior Incident Response leader with deep experience managing major cyber incidents, leading response teams, and strengthening enterprise/national cyber resilience.
This is a senior oversight/leadership role — not a SOC Analyst position. Candidates must demonstrate experience personally leading significant cyber incidents and response teams.
Experience: 12+ years mandatory
Key expertise required:
- Leadership of major Cyber Incident Response / CSIRT engagements
- Incident response team leadership & analyst QA/oversight
- Major incident coordination, containment & recovery
- Incident Response planning, playbooks & governance
- Cyber crisis management & stakeholder coordination
- Tabletop exercises, workshops & cyber drills
- Strong knowledge of IR frameworks, standards & regulations
- Post-incident reviews & remediation oversight
- Strong project/program management capability
Education: Bachelor's degree mandatory; Master's preferred
Certifications: Minimum 2 relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, GCTI, GX-IH, GX-CS, GSLC, GSTRT, GSNA, GISP or ISO 27035 Lead Incident Manager.
