As a Tailor, you’re not just altering and repairing uniforms and garments, you’re helping create a professional image for our team members and contributing to the comfort and satisfaction of every guest by maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

Alter and repair garments: Perform alterations, repairs, and adjustments on team member uniforms, guest garments, linens, and other fabric items to ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Maintain uniform standards: Measure, fit, and tailor uniforms to ensure proper sizing, comfort, and a professional appearance for all team members.

Manage sewing and tailoring equipment: Operate and maintain sewing machines, pressing equipment, and tailoring tools while keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Support our guests and team members: Respond promptly and professionally to tailoring, alteration, and garment repair requests, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail.
