Lead and coordinate turnover and acceptance activities for large-scale Oil & Gas projects.
Develop, manage and review System Completion and Turnover & Acceptance systems.
Lead the development and maintenance of Completions Databases and completions software.
Support project systemization, including system and sub-system boundary definition.
Coordinate check sheet development and allocation across project systems.
Prepare and review pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures and method statements.
Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion and handover.
Support walkdowns, punch list, exception and readiness activities.
Review project completion deliverables for compliance with project requirements and specifications.
Support coordination of interfaces, including MOC boundaries and SIMOPS.
Provide technical support for offshore, onshore and yard operations as applicable.
Ensure turnover and acceptance activities align with project schedules, quality requirements and execution strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science.
Minimum 8 years of Oil & Gas large-project experience.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience.
Strong expertise in Turnover & Acceptance and System Completion.
Advanced experience with Completions Database / Completions Software.
Proven experience in project systemization and completions management.
Experience in construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion or hook-up.
Experience with pre-commissioning and commissioning documentation.
Knowledge of offshore facilities, onshore facilities and/or yard operations.
Knowledge of LNG and sour gas production facilities.
Strong understanding of relevant design standards, specifications, codes and safety criteria.
Strong leadership, coordination, planning, technical judgment and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
