الإشراف والتنسيق لأنشطة الحفر والأعمال الترابية اليومية في الموقع. تشغيل معدة الحفارة وفقًا لمتطلبات المشروع. ضمان الاستخدام الأمثل للقوى العاملة والآلات والمواد. قراءة وفهم مخططات الموقع ومستوياته وخطط الحفر. مراقبة تقدم العمل وتقديم تحديثات يومية لمدير الموقع. التأكد من الاتباع الصارم لجميع إجراءات السلامة ولوائح الموقع. إجراء الفحص الروتيني والصيانة الأساسية لمعدات الحفارة. توجيه وتدريب العمال/المشغلين لتحقيق إنتاجية أفضل. التنسيق مع المهندسين والمشرفين وبقية موظفي الموقع. ضمان إنجاز العمل ضمن المواعيد المحددة ومعايير الجودة.
ملف المرشح المطلوب
مؤهل الثانوية العامة (الصف الثاني عشر) مع مستوى جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية
- مهارات العمل الجماعي والتواصل.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 إلى 10 سنوات كمشغل حفارة.
- رخصة قيادة تشغيل معدات ثقيلة سارية المفعول.
- معرفة جيدة بمعايير السلامة وإجراءات التشغيل.
- القدرة على قراءة مخططات البناء الأساسية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- لياقة بدنية وقدرة على العمل في الظروف الخارجية.
- تنسيق ممتاز بين اليد والعين.
- خبرة في التعامل مع الآلات.
- معرفة ميكانيكية أساسية.
- مهارات العمل الجماعي والتواصل.
Supervise and coordinate daily excavation and earthwork activities at the site. Operate the excavator machine as per project requirements. Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials. Read and understand site drawings, levels, and excavation plans. Monitor work progress and report daily updates to the site manager. Ensure all safety procedures and site regulations are strictly followed. Conduct routine inspection and basic maintenance of excavator equipment. Guide and train workers/operators for better productivity. Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other site staff. Ensure work is completed within deadlines and quality standard.
Desired Candidate Profile
12th Pass good english
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Minimum 8 10 years of experience as an Excavator Operator.
- Valid Heavy Equipment Operator License.
- Good knowledge of safety standards and operating procedures.
- Ability to read basic construction drawings is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.
- Strong hand-eye coordination.
- Machine handling expertise.
- Basic mechanical knowledge.
