المسؤوليات الرئيسية
المساهمون والجانب المالي: - الالتزام بالميزانيات والسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة فيما يتعلق بعمليات سوق المال بالعملة المحلية. - تنفيذ مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وأفضل الممارسات لدور مدير أول، إدارة الأصول والخصوم (العملة المحلية). - تعزيز الوعي بالتكلفة والكفاءة وزيادة الإنتاجية، لتقليل التكاليف وتجنب الهدر وتحسين العوائد للبنك. - العمل ضمن حدود الصلاحيات المفوضة لشاغل الوظيفة. العملاء (داخليون وخارجيون): - المساعدة في بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية وفعالة مع جميع الوحدات الأخرى ذات الصلة لتحقيق أهداف مكتب سوق المال. - تقديم معلومات دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب للمدققين الخارجيين والداخليين، ووحدة الامتثال، وإدارة مخاطر المجموعة عند الحاجة. - مساعدة العملاء في جميع استفساراتهم حول منتجات البنك والبحث عن حلول لطلباتهم. - الحفاظ على الأنشطة وفقاً لاتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLAs) مع الإدارات/الوحدات الداخلية لتحقيق تحسينات في وقت الاستجابة. - بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية/فعالة مع الإدارات/الوحدات ذات الصلة لتحقيق أهداف المجموعة. الجوانب الداخلية (العمليات، المنتجات، التنظيمية): - تنفيذ الأنشطة وفقاً لاستراتيجيات سوق المال المحددة. - الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات القسم الخاصة بإجراء عمليات البيع/الشراء، والحفاظ على/تجميع معلومات الإدارة (MIS) المتعلقة بالربحية/الإيرادات، ومراعاة الامتثال للحدود المعتمدة من قبل مجلس الإدارة/سلطاته المفوضة. - التداول في أدوات سوق المال المختلفة مثل الودائع، والقروض، والأوراق المالية قصيرة الأجل، واتفاقيات أسعار الفائدة الآجلة، ومقايضات أسعار الفائدة بالعملات المعتمدة ومع الأطراف المقابلة المعتمدة ضمن الصلاحيات المفوضة. - متابعة معالجة المعاملات في الوقت المناسب بالتنسيق مع عمليات الخزينة. - الاستجابة لطلبات معاملات سوق المال بالعملة المحلية وتسجيلها، وتوفير دعم التسعير لإدارات وفروع الخدمات المصرفية للشركات الكبرى ضمن الصلاحيات المفوضة. - إعداد جداول أسعار الفائدة اليومية تحت الإشراف المباشر لنائب الرئيس الأول، إدارة الأصول والخصوم. - مراقبة فجوات المراكز ضمن الصلاحيات المفوضة وتحت إشراف نائب الرئيس الأول، إدارة الأصول والخصوم. التعلم والمعرفة: - تحديد مجالات التطوير المهني للذات بشكل استباقي والقيام بأنشطة التطوير. - البحث عن فرص للبقاء على اطلاع بجميع التطورات في المجال المهني. مسؤوليات الإطار القانوني والتنظيمي والمخاطر: - الامتثال لجميع المتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية والامتثال الداخلي المعمول بها، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، سياسات وإجراءات امتثال المجموعة (مكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب، سياسة العقوبات، سياسة حماية البيانات، سياسة مكافحة الاحتيال، سياسة الإبلاغ عن المخالفات، سياسة تضارب المصالح والتعاملات الداخلية). - فهم وأداء دورك بفعالية بموجب مبدأ خطوط الدفاع الثلاثة لتحديد وقياس ومراقبة وإدارة وإبلاغ المخاطر. - ضمان نتائج جيدة ومنتظمة للعملاء وفقاً لسياسة مخاطر السلوك. - دعم إطار تقييم ومراقبة مخاطر الرقابة (RCSA)، ومؤشرات المخاطر الرئيسية (KRI)، والإبلاغ عن الحوادث ومعالجتها، حسب الاقتضاء، وفقاً لمتطلبات إدارة المخاطر التشغيلية. - الحفاظ على المعرفة المناسبة لضمان التأهيل الكامل للقيام بالدور. - إكمال جميع التدريبات الإلزامية التي يوفرها البنك، وتحقيق والحفاظ على مستويات الكفاءة المطلوبة.
متطلبات التعليم والخبرة
حاصل على شهادة جامعية (البكالوريوس) ويفضل تخصص التسويق، أو الخدمات المصرفية، أو التمويل، أو المحاسبة، أو الاقتصاد، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات (مجال دراسي ذو صلة). خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في غرفة تداول نشطة، ويفضل أن تكون في منطقة الخليج.

Job Summary
The incumbent will perform Money Market (MM) activities in local currencies in accordance with Group’s strategy, risk appetite, regulatory requirements, policies and procedures and the delegated authority.
Main Responsibilities
Shareholder & Financial: - Complies with approved budgets, policies and procedures in relation to Local Currency MM operations. - Implements KPI’s and best practices for Senior Manager, Asset & Liability Management (Local Currency) role. - Promote cost consciousness and efficiency and enhance productivity, to minimise cost, avoid waste, and optimise benefits for the bank. - Act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent. Customer (Internal & External): - Assists in building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with all other related units to achieve the Money Market’s Desk goals/objectives. - Provides timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors, the Compliance function and Group Risk as and when required. - To assist customers in all their queries on Bank’s product and seek solution to their requests. - Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/units to achieve improvements in turn-around time. - Build and maintain strong/effective relationships with related departments/units to achieve the Group’s objectives Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory): - Performs activities in accordance with the set MM strategies. - Complies with the department’s policies and procedures for conducting buy/ sell deals, maintaining/ collating MIS pertaining to profitability/ revenue, and observing compliance with the applicable limits approved by the Board/ its delegated authorities. - Trades in various money market instruments such as deposits, loans, short-term securities, forward rate agreements and interest rate swaps in approved currencies and with approved counterparties within delegated authority. - Follows up on the timely processing of transactions in coordination with Treasury Operations. - Responds to and log requests for local currency MM transactions, and provide pricing support for major corporate banking departments and branches within the delegated authority. - Prepares daily rate sheets under the direct supervision of the SVP, Asset & Liability Management. - Monitors gap positions within the delegated authority and under the guidance of the SVP, Asset & Liability Management. Learning & Knowledge: - Proactively identify areas for professional development of self and undertake development activities. - Seek out opportunities to remain current with all developments in professional field. Legal, Regulatory, and Risk Framework Responsibilities: - Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements including, but not limited to, Group Compliance Policies and Procedures (AML & CTF, Sanctions Policy, Data Protection Policy, Fraud Control Policy, Whistle Blowing Policy, Conflict of Interest and Insider Dealing Policy). - Understand and effectively perform your role under the Three Lines of Defence principle to identify measure, monitor, manage and report risks. - Ensure systematic good outcomes for clients in accordance with Conduct Risk policy. - Support the framework of RCSA, KRI, Incident reporting and remediation, as appropriate, in accordance with the Operational Risk Management requirements. - Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure full qualification to undertake the role. - Complete all mandatory training provided by the Bank, attain, and maintain the required levels of competence.
Education And Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s University graduate preferably with a Major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study) Minimum 8 years experience in active dealing room, preferably in the Gulf
