Primary Purpose Of The Job

Perform studies, develop, evaluate, initiate and plan infrastructure projects to ensure

that all Electrical Infrastructure within Industrial Cities Directorate area including Ports

are in place to accommodate the anticipated growth of existing and future Asset

Operators / Business Partners / Industries. Responsible to provide guidance and

support for Asset Operators / Business Partners Project development on common and

shared Electrical related Infrastructure facilities within Industrial Cities.

Coordinate and liaise actively with concerned Asset Operators / Business Partners,

Qatar Energy Surface Development, KAHRAMAA (KM) and other stakeholders to

identify and develop synergy opportunities, formulate the necessary conceptual

studies, development plans, projects concepts, engineering plans, project execution

plans and related activities.

Required Experience And Skills

Minimum 10 years’ experience in design, engineering and construction of Electricarelated major infrastructure and facilities projects within the Oil & Gas and / or Petrochemical industry (preferably with 8-10 years with consulting / engineeringfirm).

Exposure and experience in project lifecycle and project management with highsupervisory skills.

Exposure to international experience and an appreciation of cultural sensitivities.

Educational Qualifications

Internationally recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
