Job Description
We are currently looking for Senior NCR ATM operation consultant for our Qatar operations
Skills:
Perform Level 1 analysis and Raise ticket with NCR ATM SW support based on analysis and feedback
Supporting operations project and providing support for operations issues
Supporting in deployment of patches and development releases, and production fixes per SIT/UAT progress
Sharing logs and findings for incidents and support cases raised with NCR software support
Completing "Tech Requests" assigned
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
