Job description

We are currently seeking experienced FM Operators / Plant Operators to join a large-scale Facilities Management project in Qatar.

Key Requirements:

• Technical qualification in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical or Electromechanical disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant operational experience
• Experience operating and monitoring MEP and building services equipment
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, motors and associated plant equipment
• Experience with BMS/control systems is highly desirable
• Able to perform equipment inspections and identify operational abnormalities
• Understanding of preventive maintenance and safe operating procedures
• Facilities Management/building operations experience preferred
• GCC/Qatar experience is an advantage
• Arabic and English communication skills required
• Willingness to work shifts where required

The role will support the safe and efficient operation of building systems and equipment across multiple facilities.
