Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

• Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules based on business requirements.
• Demonstrate strong hands-on knowledge of Finance and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure procurement processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, invoice matching, and accounts payable.
• Support financial processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Support UAT, system testing, defect resolution, and post-go-live activities.
• Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and process specifications.
• Provide end-user training and production support.

Technical / Techno-Functional Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the technical architecture of Dynamics 365.
• Work with developers to design and implement customizations and enhancements.
• Support integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications.
• Analyze technical issues and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
• Understand data entities, workflows, APIs, and integration mechanisms within Dynamics 365.
• Assist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Support reporting and analytics requirements.

Bilingual Requirement

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Arabic is required.

Skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI
• Understanding of X++ and/or SQL is an advantage.
• Experience with APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.
• Experience in ERP implementation or upgrade projects.
