Oversee and implement the Safety, Health, Environment, and Security (SHES) management system across projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Conduct rigorous site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, unsafe practices, and environmental risks, developing and implementing corrective action plans.
Develop and deliver comprehensive SHES training programs for all personnel, fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring competency in emergency procedures.
Manage incident investigation processes, including root cause analysis, reporting, and the implementation of preventative measures to avoid recurrence.
Provide technical support and guidance to the project SHES team and construction management.
Review Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), JSA/JHA, and other SHES-related documents.
Coordinate with client SHES representatives, contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
Monitor compliance with client requirements, legal requirements, and project standards.
Support the development and review of SHES KPIs, dashboards, trend analysis, and monthly reports.
Coordinate SHES inspections, audits, assessments, and follow-up of corrective actions.
Support incident reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, and lessons learned.
Review SHES observations and identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
Coordinate SHES training, awareness campaigns, workshops, and competency requirements.
Provide technical input for high-risk activities such as lifting, work at height, confined space entry, hot work, excavation, and SIMOPS.
Maintain and coordinate SHES registers, action trackers, compliance records, and other documentation.
Communicate SHES performance, concerns, and improvement opportunities to project management.
Prepare monthly SHES steering committee slides and deliver it.
