We’re Hiring | Marketing Specialist – Medical & Aesthetic Industry A leading medical and aesthetic company in Doha, Qatar is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team. We’re looking for a creative, hands-on, and organized marketer who can manage digital marketing, content creation, social media, and day-to-day marketing activities. Key Responsibilities Manage social media platforms and create engaging content, posts, stories, and reels. Create professional marketing designs using Canva. Use Chat GPT and AI tools for content ideas, copywriting, and visual concepts. Manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns. Coordinate with doctors, KOLs, influencers, sales teams, suppliers, and marketing agencies. Support events, workshops, exhibitions, and product launches. Prepare and coordinate marketing materials including flyers, brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials. Coordinate with printing companies and suppliers. Conduct basic market research and monitor marketing performance. Requirements2+ years of hands-on marketing experience. Experience in medical, healthcare, aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetic industries is preferred. Experience with aesthetic/dermatology devices or cosmetic products is an advantage. Strong Canva and content creation skills. Good knowledge of Chat GPT and AI tools. Hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads. Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
