درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية، الهندسة الكهربائية، أو الهندسة الميكانيكية من جامعة معترف بها، وفق التخصص المطلوب.
يفضل الحصول على درجة ماجستير في الهندسة أو إدارة المشاريع.
يفضل الشهادات المهنية بما فيها PMP، التسجيل المهني لدى هيئة معتمدة مثل UPDA/MMUP، والشهادات المتخصصة المرتبطة بالإشراف، والتنفيذ، وإدارة الجودة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الإشراف على تنفيذ المشاريع الهندسية وأعمال التشطيبات الداخلية للتخصص المطلوب.
خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع كبرى، مشاريع حكومية، أو مشاريع متعددة التخصصات داخل دولة قطر أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليج.
خبرة عملية في إدارة ومتابعة أعمال المقاولين والتنسيق بين التخصصات المختلفة في الموقع.
معرفة ممتازة بالمواصفات الفنية وأنظمة البناء ومتطلبات الجودة والصحة والسلامة المعمول بها في دولة قطر.
إتقان إعداد التقارير الفنية واستخدام برامج Microsoft Office وبرامج إدارة المشاريع.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط، إدارة الأولويات، والتعامل مع مختلف أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.

Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university, according to the required specialization.
A master’s degree in engineering or project management is preferred.
Professional certifications including PMP, professional registration with an accredited body such as UPDA/MMUP, and specialized certifications related to supervision, execution, and quality management works are preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in supervising the execution of engineering projects and interior fit-out works for the required specialization.
Proven experience in major projects, government projects, or multi-discipline projects within the State of Qatar or GCC countries.
Practical experience in managing and following up on contractors' work and coordinating between the different disciplines on-site.
Excellent knowledge of technical specifications and building systems, and quality, health, and safety requirements applicable in the State of Qatar.
Proficiency in preparing technical reports and using Microsoft Office programs and project management software.
The ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and deal with various project stakeholders.
