JOB SUMMARY RKH Qitarat is currently seeking a Deputy Engineering & Maintenance Director to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. The role will support the Maintenance Director in leading and directing maintenance activities across Rolling Stock, Signalling, Telecom, Fare Collection, Power Supply and Track systems for the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram networks. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership, oversee engineering deliverables, support the development of Strategic Asset Management Plans and drive performance against KPRs. The role will also deputise for the Maintenance Director when required, lead cross-functional teams, promote best practices across the network and support the continuous improvement of maintenance performance, safety, quality and efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates should have at least 15 years maintenance experience, including 10 years in an executive position within public transport, along with a degree in an engineering-related discipline and proven experience in leading and managing teams.
