We are seeking an inspiring and visionary Head of Early Years to lead our Early Childhood division at a prestigious international school in Qatar. In this pivotal leadership role, you will shape the foundation of learning for our youngest students, fostering curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of discovery. Overview

The Head of Early Years will provide strategic leadership and vision for the Early Childhood division, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and care for children in their formative years. This role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire staff, engage families, and create a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.

Desired Candidate Profile

BA Degree in Early Childhood Studies with QTS

NPQH will be an advantage

At least five years of relevant experience within an international school setting

Proven expertise in delivering the EYFS curriculum , with a strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy

Collaborative leader and positive role model , committed to excellence and team success

Demonstrated success in curriculum leadership , driving innovation and high standards

Outstanding communication and organizational skills
