The Infra Transformation Associate Manager is responsible for building, configuring, and testing data center and AI infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, and platform layers. This role translates architectural designs into scalable, secure, and high-performing production environments through reliable implementation, automation, and infrastructure transformation practices. The role requires strong experience in cloud and infrastructure planning, migration, security, and architecture, with the ability to support enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and test infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, and platform layers
• Translate architectural designs into secure, scalable, and high-performing production environments
• Support cloud and infrastructure transformation initiatives through implementation and automation
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to improve consistency, scalability, and efficiency
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure assessment, planning, and architecture design activities
• Support migration planning and execution for infrastructure and cloud transformation programs
• Help maintain cloud infrastructure security and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable infrastructure solutions
• Support enterprise network operations and broader infrastructure strategy efforts

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in infrastructure transformation, cloud infrastructure, or data center implementation
• Experience building and configuring infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, and platform layers
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure architecture, security, and assessment and planning
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and infrastructure automation practices
• Familiarity with migration planning, cloud migration planning, and infrastructure strategy
• Understanding of enterprise network operations and infrastructure planning
• Ability to translate architectural designs into scalable and secure production environments
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
