الغرض الأساسي من الوظيفة
إدارة عمليات أربع وحدات حفر وصيانة خارجية، بما في ذلك متابعة وإدارة مقاولين الحفر وحل مشاكل التشغيل بالتعاون مع مسئولي المشرفين الفرعيين، لضمان تحقيق أهداف الحفر والتدخل بأمان وكفاءة.
الخبرة والمهارات المطلوبة- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في عمليات الحفر والصيانة البحرية، بما في ذلك 5 سنوات كمشرف حفر خارجي و5 سنوات كـمشرف حفر خارجي.
- خبرة في إدارة عمليات الحفر والصيانة والتدخلات البحرية، بما في ذلك إشراف المقاولين وإدارة الأداء التشغيلي.
- خبرة في تقديم العطاءات والتعاقد.
- قيادة مثبتة ومهارات إدارة الأشخاص مع وعي حاد بالحساسيات الثقافية وشغف بإدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة الإنجليزية (إثبات مهارات شفوية وكتابية).
- طاقة عالية وحماس لتقديم أداء متميز، مع موقف يمكن الاعتماد عليه وسجل حافل في أعمال الحفر والصيانة.

Job description
Primary Purpose of the Job
Manage the operations of four offshore drilling and workover units, including the monitoring and management of drilling contractors and the resolution of operational problems in cooperation with subordinate Superintendents, to ensure drilling and intervention objectives are achieved safely and efficiently.
Required Experience and Skills- Minimum 15 years' experience in offshore drilling and workover operations, including 5 years as an Offshore Drilling Supervisor and 5 years as an Offshore Drilling Superintendent.
- Experience in managing offshore drilling, workover and intervention operations, including contractor oversight and operational performance management.
- Tendering and contracting experience.
- Proven leadership and people management skills with a keen awareness of cultural sensitivities and a passion for managing HSE.
- Strong communication skills in English (demonstrated verbal and written skills).
- High energy and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding performance, with a "can do" attitude and proven track record in drilling and workover operations
Educational QualificationsBSc in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.
IWCF Certified.
